Admission Exercise for International StudentsThe Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) is a centralised admissions exercise conducted by the Singapore Ministry of Education around September-October each year for new international students who wish to join Singapore’s mainstream public primary and secondary schools in January of the following year. The AEIS consists of a centralised test on English and Mathematics that assesses the applicants’ English literacy, numeracy and reasoning abilities. Applicants who pass the test will be offered a place in a suitable school, based on availability of school vacancies, their test performance and the declared address in Singapore. The School will help students with the application for the AEIS test. A non-refundable AEIS fee of $672.00 is applicable and students will pay the fee directly to the Singapore Ministry of Education.
