Interact with and Serve Food and Beverage Guests
Introduction
This course is developed using the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) which are founded on best international practices and validated by Tourism, Hospitality and F & B industries and employers. It is specially designed to impart the knowledge and skills for interacting effectively with guests and help participants apply them at their workplace.

Teaching Methodology & Assessment
- Participants will undergo underpinning knowledge of 16 hrs in required elements and a practical assessment of 1 hr to equip themselves with required confidence and professionalism to Interact with and serve food and beverage to Guest.
- Upon completion of the course, participants who are competent in required Underpinning Knowledge and Assessment be awarded a Statement of Attainment within the WSQ Qualification Framework.
Course Duration
- Participants are able to complete the unit in 19 hours, inclusive of assessment.

- Candidates looking to upgrade themselves and receive certification
- Service crew and supervisor which include team leaders, outlet supervisors and assistant outlet managers
